Near kids(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 제공하는 자녀 보호 서비스(이하 "서비스")에서 개인정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·보관·파기하는지 설명합니다.
본 문서는 표준 템플릿입니다. 출시 전 사업자 정보·보관기간·수탁사 등을 확정하고 법률 검토를 받으시기 바랍니다.

2. 보관 및 암호화
- 위치·활동 등 민감정보는 기기에서 AES‑GCM으로 암호화 후 전송·보관합니다.
- 암호화 키는 기기 보안 저장소(Keystore)에만 보관되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 비밀번호는 복호화 불가능한 방식으로 처리되고 전송 구간은 TLS로 보호됩니다.
3. 이용 목적
- 자녀 보호 기능(시간·앱 제한, 유해·광고·AI 차단, 위치·안심존) 제공
- 계정 인증, 결제·구독 관리, 고객 문의 대응
- 서비스 오류 진단 및 품질 개선
4. 보유 기간
수집 목적 달성 또는 회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 법령상 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 보관합니다(예: 전자상거래법상 결제·계약 기록 5년).
5. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
회사는 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 운영을 위해 아래에 위탁할 수 있습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리
이용자(보호자)는 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있으며, 앱 내 "데이터 삭제·회원 탈퇴"로 전체 파기를 요청할 수 있습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
자녀(아동) 기기 정보는 보호자 동의·관리 하에 수집·이용되며 보호 목적 외로 사용하지 않습니다.

You can use the core features without agreeing to optional items.
2. Storage & encryption
- Sensitive data (location, activity) is encrypted on-device with AES-GCM before transfer/storage.
- The encryption key is kept only in the device's secure storage (Keystore) and never sent to the server.
- Passwords are processed irreversibly; transport is protected with TLS.
3. Purpose of use
- Child protection features (time/app limits, harmful/ads/AI blocking, location/safe zones)
- Account auth, payment/subscription management, support
- Error diagnosis and quality improvement
4. Retention
Data is deleted without delay once its purpose is fulfilled or upon account closure, except where law requires retention (e.g. payment/contract records for 5 years under e-commerce law).

We do not share personal data with third parties without consent. We may use the processors below to operate the Service.

6. Your rights
You (the guardian) may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and can erase all data via "Delete data / close account" in the app.
